Mark Alexander (Patton) was just seen in
the actor's showcase at Act One Studios where he was in two world premiere
short plays, Powerball and Dictionary Man. Mark is fairly new to Chicago.
He is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota where he was seen in Pericles
with the Minnesota Shakespeare Company.

Betty Boduch (Alice Fisher) is honored
to return to the Stage Center Theatre where she appeared in a myriad of
productions while completing her undergraduate studies. Since graduation,
she has worked on and off some of Chicago's stages, but always kept a hand
in theater administration. She currently works as Booking Manager for HealthWorks
Theatre, a non-profit educational touring theater. She lives in Chicago
with her husband and two dogs.

Allen Davis (Constable Small) is a graduate
of Northeastern Illinois University, and has done just about everything
at the Stage Center. He has had a great time working with such a fine group
of people. But a reminder, until now Alien believed that there were
no "Small" roles.

Tim Davis (Gilhooley) is happy to be back
on stage once again. An employee and graduate of NEIU, he is proud to be
a part of such a good cast and crew. Tim would like to say thanks to everyone

Alfonso DeVette (Dr. Steven Russell) is
really excited about working with Anna Antaramian on his first production
with Stage Center Theatre. After his studies at Columbia College, he went
through the city to work on even more training and education about the
craft of acting, with several successes in both theatre and film. Much
thanks to Anthony Tomaska, Joseph Tomaska, Shane Spaulding and to all his
friends at the Chicago Center for the Performing Arts. A special
thanks to both his beautiful wife, Donatella, and Jeff Ginsberg who have
always been there when he needed them. Ciao.

Larry Filas (Commodore Lucius Towser) is
happy to be back at Stage Center for a third time. He was last seen as
Hermocrate, the philosopher, in The Triumph of Love. Before that he got
the scoop as Bensinger, a reporter in The Front Page, also directed by
Anna Antaramian. Between then and now he went on a Picnic as Alan Seymour,
declaimed "never was a story of more woe. . ." as Prince Escalus in Romeo
and Juliet, and last month showed "all the world's a stage" as the
Player King/Voltimand and the Priest in Hamlet at Chase Park.

Michelle C. Graham (Gail Russell) is ecstatic
to be back where She considers home. The last show she did for the Stage
Center was 6RMS RV VU and was just recently seen in The Good Doctor for
S.T.A.R. This newlywed would like to thank her husband. Marcel, for all
his love and support, Anna for taking her back, and her cats Madison and
Tigger for being cute. Oh, and a bit o' thanks goes out to her sisters,
Nicolle and Heather, for being her sisters instead of brothers.

Brooklin Green (Belinda Pryde) is originally
from Oklahoma where she received a B.A. in theatre at Cameron University.
She is currently in the Second City Conservatory. Some of her most recent
shows include 24/7 Around the Clock Play Festival (Charity), Something
Sweet to Suck On (sketch comedy), and various improvisational shows at
Second City.

Lori Howard (Mary Temple) is thrilled to
be part of Stage Center Theatre's Summer Theatre production of Ramshackle
Inn. In the past year, she has played Linda Seton in Holiday, Corie Bratter
in .Barefoot in the Park, the Fairy Godmother in
Cinderella. She has also performed in The Stockyards Theatre Project's
Women's Performance Art Festival. She is currently
working on a staged reading of a new play. Market Up, Market Down!
With the WTA. Other performances include Death of a Salesman, E/R Emergency
Room, Sabrina Fair, Born Yesterday, Alice in Wonderland Adventures and
Sleeping Beauty. Lori sends love and thanks to her 'Actor's Support Group'
- "You know who you are. I couldn't do this without you!"

Diane M. Hren (Joyce Rogers) is excited to
be in this murder mystery production, although she would be the first guest
running for her life if she ever found herself in an Inn like this. After
graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Theatre, Diane
embarked on a children's theatre acting tour (you haven't lived until you've
had a slipper thrown at you while
performing). Since then Diane has performed in Lion in the Streets
and has dabbled in on-camera work. Other favorite roles include The School
for Scandal, And They Dance Real Slow in Jackson, and Bits and Pieces.

Ryan Palmer (Bill Phillips) is thrilled
to be working on his first production at Stage Center. Ryan received his
BFA in theatre from Texas Tech University and immediately began touring
the U.S. through the Hampstead Players Touring Company. This is Ryan's
first role since moving to Chicago last fall. Past roles include: The Interrogator
in David Mamet's Bobby Gould in Hell, Shmendiman in Steve Martin's Picasso
attheLapin Agile, Matthew in Patient A, the Third Man in Paula Vogel's
Baltimore Waltz, Yovan in Division Street and Cletis in Lone Star.
He would like to thank his family and friends for their constant support.

Bruce Powers (Fred Porter) is happy to
be working again at the Stage Center Theatre. He is excited and thrilled
to be a part of this production, since it marks his debut as a cast member
in summer theatre. Bruce is a senior, majoring in Speech and Performing
Arts / Criminal Justice and minoring in Theatre. He was last seen as Sgt.
Michael Kelly in Musical Comedy Murders of the 1940's. So sit back, relax
and enjoy the show. Bruce dedicates this performance to Lap, Jon and Tog.

Aviv Z. Screwvalla (Arbuthnot) is thrilled
to be part of such an incredible cast and crew. Past performances at the
Stage Center include Luka in Chekhov's The Bear and Steven Brewster in
Suppressed Desires. A computer scientist in the making, Aviv balances his
otherwise mundane existence with his one and only passion - acting. "Thanks
to all my loved ones and to all the people who told me I was a great actor,
you all gave very convincing performances."

Michelle-Marie Tapkowski (Maine Phillips
& Co-Costumer) has most recently been seen here at the Stage Center
Theatre in The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940. She is a student at Northeastern,
majoring in Speech and Performing Arts and Psychology. She comes from UIUC
and Lake Forest College, where she was seen in Infestations, Comedy of
Errors, and The Sound of Music. Michelle-Marie would like to thank all
of her special friends and family for their love and support. "Thanks Babcia!"

Steve Truncate (Mr. Temple) is almost
a junior here at NEIU with a major in Education. He was last seen performing
at the Lincoln Park Theatre Festival in 27 Wagons Full of Cotton
and Hello, Out There. Recent stardom at the Stage Center include The Musical
Comedy Murders of the 1940's, The Bear and The Hebrew Lesson. "Thank you
to everyone who loves and supports me, especially director Anna Antaramian,
who needs a good nap on a beach in Hawaii more than anyone I know."

Production Staff
Joseph Alaimo (Stage Manager) is an NEIU/Stage
Center Alum returning to a place he called home for five years. He recently
returned from Milwaukee where he spent the last season working as the Literary
Intern at Milwaukee Repertory Theater. During his time there, Joey worked
on productions of Arsenic and Old Lace, Jitney and The Magic Fire. As a
stage manager, Joey has worked on The Front Page, with Director Antaramian,
Table Manners and Before Breakfast at The Bailiwick Director's Festival.
Joey is a member of A Reasonable Facsimile Theater Company and will be
working with them at this year's Bailiwick Festival. "To everyone in Chicago
that I have been away from, it is GREAT to be home."

Anna Antaramian (Director) is a professor
in the Speech/Performing Arts Department here at Northeastern Illinois
University. She joined the Northeastern faculty twelve years ago, having
returned to the Midwest after living and working in New York City for many
years at a variety of places, including The Public Theatre, Circle-In-The-Square,
Actor's Studio, The Hartman in Stratford Connecticut and the Open Door
in Boston. She directs each summer for the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre
in Grand Lake, Colorado. Thank you to H-S-A-N-T, and, as always, to Mr.
McGuire.

Mary Jo Chrabasz (Assistant Director)
is ecstatic for the chance to work with Anna on such a wonderful show!
She has previously stage managed Frankenstein and assistant stage managed
Inspecting Carol and Finding the Sun. She has also worked on Anastasia
and Drizella and Beauty and the Beast here. This summer she will be working
on House on the Cliff as well as a show for A Reasonable Facsimile Theatre
Company. Love to Mom, Dad, Nana and Joe! XOXOXO! This show, as all others,
she dedicates to Papa!

Angela DeMarco (Co-Costumer) is taking
a leave of absence from the stage and joining the background for this production!
She has been involved in Dancing at Lughnasa, Importance
of Being Earnest and Steel Magnolias. Her next big production will be marrying
the man of her dreams this October. "Brett, I Love You!" Peace!

David Ropinski (Sound Designer) is extending
his sound-crafting skills to another NEIU production. A refugee from the
advertising world, Dave has worked on multi-media projects from such diverse
clients as Midway Games, The Food Group and Helen Curtis. Dave is glad
to be in demand and looks forward to a bright future at NEIU.

Robert G. Smith (Set Designer) has been
the designer and technical director since 1984. Professionally, Bob is
resident designer for Famous Door Theatre, Stage Left Theatre, Red Orchid
Theatre, Remy-Bumppo Productions, and Plastiscene. He has received seven
Joseph Jefferson Citations, two After Dark Awards, and an Emmy nomination
for his designs.
