In the picture below, I present His Hairiness, Gonzo The Cat. He lives with me. He’s so cute it’s disgusting. This is his publicity photo. It does not do justice to his true mass and girth. Make no mistake about it. This is one big kitty. His sworn enemies are the wadded-up piece of paper, the roll of paper towels, and the plastic ring that you tear off the cap when you open a gallon of milk.

This may be the hairiest couch potato discovered to date. He’s had a series of odd jobs in the past: Throw pillow, taste tester, scouring pad, plate cleaner, paperweight, paint brush, hand towel, pin cushion, etc. But now he’s on a very tight training regimen: Eat, sleep, eat, sleep. All that eating and sleeping is such hard work. It really makes him hungry and tired. Looks like it’s been another rough night…
