DIRECTIONS FOR ELECTRONIC FILING
The electronic filing system is experiencing a problem using Netscape. If your system is Netscape you will need to file in person with your advisor until this system is fixed.
For those using platforms other than Netscape, in order to begin the electronic application form you must first click on your advisor's name. That will take you to a web form that you may complete on-line. A copy of the completed form will be sent to him or her via e-mail. They will then check your form for accuracy and send it on to the clinical coordinators office for final review and acceptance.
