The University Computing office has purchased a University
site license for Microsoft Office Suite. The site license allows
faculty and staff the use of the following software applications:

| • Office Macintosh Edition |
| • Windows Operating System Upgrades |
| • Front Page |
| • Visual Development Tools (Visual Basic, Visual C++, Etc., etc) |
and enables University Computing to combine and focus its resources and energies in support of these applications.

No software or any part of the software may be used, copied or adopted for personal gain. It may not be removed from the University campus. It may only be used on University owned equipment. Finally, all licensed software is protected under U.S. copyright law. Illegal reproduction of software can be subject to civil damages of up to $50,000 and criminal penalties including fine and imprisonment.
