Distribution of computer generated reports are centrally controlled by Director of Financial Affairs/Controller. This is necessary to insure report distribution is made to those who need them and to control production cost.

There are two methods of computer report reproduction utilized at the University. Method one is the laser printing process. Method two is CDROM.

Requests to be placed on report distribution must first be approved by the fiscal agent. Approved requests are then forwarded to the Director of Financial Affairs/Controller for consideration.
