MSA_index is the MSA data for the United States.
Note that the MSA data on some of the caliper CDs is corrupt -- MSAs which cross county boundaries are recorded as two MSAs (I think that's the problem).  This version of MSA is correct. AND it has the index values attached to the right portion of the dataview/database.  These are as follows:

	Metro areas were rated comparing three critical aspects:
